The town's festivities are interrupted by the appearance of a BALLOON, piloted by Paris of Rhododendron, who brings baubles, bangles and household items to all. Some of the orchestral passages are unfortunately drowned out by the stage noise. From the only fully-staged, full orchestra production of this cult classic since the '54 premiere.
