Wanting to maximise light and ventilation, he chose this l-shaped apartment based on the two balconies positioned on the opposing sides of the home. Starting with an open plan space encompassing living, bedroom and kitchen, Enrico divided the living space from the bedroom with a handmade floor to ceiling bookshelf supported by tension rods. Fitting a custom made platform bed in the new space behind it that also includes copious amounts of storage hidden underneath and incorporated into the bookshelf itself. All handmade by Enrico. With small, but personal, touches throughout like a green wall, and a simple natural palette, Enrico’s apartment shows what’s possible in an adaptable rental when flexibility is at the forefront. #smallapartment #architecture #interiordesign Project Name: Enrico Cavaglià Rental Apartment Architect & renter: @enrico.cavaglia @ir.arquitectura: Produced by New Mac Video Agency Creator: Colin Chee Director: Nam Tran Cinematographer: Fernando Schapochnik Producer: Lindsay Barnard Editor: Jessica Ruasol Music: Candles & Our Last Day on the Beach by Yestalgia from Artlist.io
