Sauteed Diced Chicken with Dried Chinese Chili Peppers , Score: 7/10 Nice, not too spicy and the pieces of fried chicken are in larger chunks . 2. XiaoLong Bao, Score: 7/10 There are 4 pieces in a rack. XiaoLong Bao is famous for its juices within the bao, so you have to be caution of the fillings when you bite into on of these. Usually pick it up in a spoons and you poke it with your fork or chopsticks allowing the juices to flow into your spoon. Anyway the bao is small the not too much juices here. 3. Amaranth with Century Egg & Salted Egg in Superior Soup, Score: 7/10 This is a simple dish. The century egg & salted egg has a good mix of flavours to the soup. For those who are not familiar with Century Egg, it is also known as PiDan. It is preserved duck egg. 4. Shanghainese Fried La Mian with Shredded Meat & Cabbage, Score: 6.5/10 It looks and tasted normal like fried noodles with dark soy sauce. Overall food is good. We did not try the Peking Duck, which is the famous dish here. Good service. Environment is nice. Cozy. The price is on the high side.
